Update v3.1.4


Good news! I-frames are here to stay! This mechanic gives you the ability to take a small 0.5 second breather after being hit! This version also brings a rework of the knock-back system and the yellow slime! To finish it of, say welcome to the introduction of key bindings! Patch 3.1.4 brings all the above and more!

PATCH NOTES 3.1.4 

ADDITIONS
  • Added settings for key bindings
  • Added randomness to the pitch height of bullets.
  • Added an idle animation for the player.
  • Added sound effect for testing SFX volume.
CHANGES
  • Changed Spawn and Death color system.
  • Changed the navigation system.
  • Changed the settings saving system.
  • Changed the brainwave bullet speed for General Goodboy.
  • General Goodboy brainwave indication now shows up 1 second before the attack commences.
  • Removed the invincibility state for General Goodboy in between phases.
  • Walls are now more transparent.
  • Some holes have been moved and all holes are now bigger.
  • Locks for permanently closed doors no longer show a value.
  • Reworked the knock-back system, all knock-backs now happen based on the contact position instead of the center of an enemy or spike. Spike loops are even more deadly but all knock-backs will seem more realistic now!
  • Changed the mechanics of the yellow slime to make these slimes more threatening.
FIXES
  • Fixed a bug where doors to bosses were behaving strangely.
  • Fixed a bug where on the first boot of the game the music is turned all the way down.
  • Fixed a bug where the black slimes can not fit through tight gaps together.
  • Fixed a bug where General Goodboy sometimes did no damage during his dash attack.
